All returns must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order, out-with this time period we are unable to process refunds, and you will be refunded via store credit. Any products which have been purchased on sale or with use of a discount code will also be refunded via store credit.
We hope that you are happy with your latest purchase, although we understand sometimes things aren't always right, and you may have a change of mind. In order for us to process a refund, any unwanted items must be returned unworn, with no visible wear or tear, and original tags/labels still attached.
Returns are at the cost of the customer, and you are responsible for the products until they are received by us. We advise products to be wrapped securely to ensure they arrive in their original condition. Recorded delivery with proof of postage and tracking is also advised. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the goods do not arrive or if they have received further damage.
